How to reach us
Use this for anything that needs a written reply or a record: account and login problems, data deletion requests, supporter and billing questions, takedown or copyright notices, and press or partnership enquiries. Mail is read by the person who runs the site, and most replies go out within a couple of days.
Discord
For everything else, the Discord server is faster and usually better. Bug reports, feature ideas, hero requests, questions about why the model suggested a particular pick: all of it gets answered there, often the same day, and other players can weigh in.
