About these terms

E7 RTA Bot (e7rtabot.com) is a fan-made analytics and draft assistant for Epic Seven Real-Time Arena, run by one person as a community project. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, ask on our Discord server and we will explain it.

Epic Seven is developed by Super Creative and published by Smilegate Megaport. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. All game names, artwork, and assets belong to their respective owners.

Using the site

The core tools are free. You may use the site and its data for your own play, and you are welcome to share screenshots, results, and analysis with your friends, guild, or community.

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Acceptable use

Use the site the way a player would. Please do not:

• Access the API by automated means: scripts, bots, scrapers, or headless browsers. Use the website.
• Systematically query or bulk collect the model's predictions and recommendations, whether to build a dataset, train another model, or reproduce this tool somewhere else.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish data from the site as your own product or service.
• Share or sell account credentials, or run one account on behalf of several people.
• Work around rate limits, usage caps, access controls, or supporter gating, including by rotating accounts, client identifiers, or IP addresses.
• Degrade the service for other players, for example by generating load heavy enough to slow it down.

We apply rate limits and a daily usage budget so the tool stays responsive for everyone. Bumping into them occasionally is fine and expected. Engineering around them is not.

The draft model is the substance of this project. Querying it broadly and automatically to capture its behaviour is treated as copying it, regardless of whether an account is paid.

Supporter tier

Supporter benefits are billed through Patreon and are optional. Everything essential stays free whether or not you pledge. You can cancel any time through Patreon, and benefits run until the end of the period you have already paid for. Billing questions are handled by Patreon under their own terms.

Paying for supporter access does not change the rules above. It unlocks features; it does not grant a licence to extract or redistribute the model's output.

Enforcement

If we believe these terms are being broken, we may reduce your rate limits, suspend or close your account, or block access. Where it is reasonable to do so we will contact you first and give you a chance to explain or stop, because most problems turn out to be misunderstandings.

No guarantees

The predictions, recommendations, and statistics are informed guesses produced by machine learning models trained on past matches. They are provided as-is, with no warranty. They will sometimes be wrong. Treat them as input to your own judgement, not as a guaranteed outcome.

The site is a hobby project. It may change, break, or go offline, and features may be added or removed without notice. We do not promise any particular level of availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, including in-game results.

Your content

If you submit feedback, survey answers, bug reports, or blog comments, you allow us to use them to operate and improve the site. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

Changes

These terms may change as the project evolves. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and significant changes will be announced on Discord and in the site updates.
