Mort wins more often than almost every other hero in the pool, and his pick rate sits lower down the table than his win rate. His win rate is 16th of 133. His pick rate is 43rd, which is still well above the median meta hero.

Banned in-draft, left alone beforehand

Once Mort is on a team he is banned in-draft more often than nearly any other hero, 11th in the pool. His preban placing is lower than his in-draft one. Opponents tend to deal with him after the draft has started rather than before it, which is the reverse of how the most prebanned heroes are handled.

Above the median on both damage fields

Against the other meta heroes he sits above the median on Damage Dealt and on Damage Suffered. The gap is wider on Damage Dealt, where he sits well clear of the median, than on Damage Suffered, where the margin is smaller.

All five of his most common setups use Holy Sacrifice, and each wins above the pool median. Destruction plus Health is the most used at about 21% of recorded builds, and Immunity plus Speed is the minority setup. The win rate gaps between the five are small enough to be noise.

Monarch of the Sword Iseria is his best matchup by a wide margin, with Uncharted Pioneer Politis and Estelle next. Lisette leads the hard side, ahead of Desert Jewel Basar, and the rest follow in a tight run, so no single hero defines his downside. Aubade Ludwig and School Nurse Yulha head his partner list, ahead of Shepherd of the Dark Diene.
